At these weekends a meeting with the wonderful project “Rainbow of occasions” took place in our Home.

“Rainbow of occasions” is a name of the project of the “Metsuda” program members from different regions of Ukraine. The project consists in getting together all graduates of the youth program for visiting the Jewish communities in different cities of Ukraine. The main goal of these travels is an acquaintance with lives of Jewish communities, experience exchange, united Shabbat celebrating and spreading of new interesting methodologies of community work.

Being hosts we had prepared for guests an exciting tour to the Jewish places of our town and to our Community center. On the Shabbat eve the guests visited charges of Hesed and the community who cannot come to community services for different reasons, met Shabbat in the community mishpakha, held the Havdalah and also gave enthralling and informative master classes to all age groups.
Thank you for such projects that carry warm to people, new creative ideas and joy of meetings with new people.
