Global Day of Jewish Learning - 2017
The 2017 Global Day of Jewish learning theme was Beauty and Ugliness.
We were pleased to join this project and held an event in our Community Center “The life is wonderful!”.
Our volunteers had prepared and presented fascinating program with debate, video, parables and competitions. Everybody could feel the beauty of this world that surrounds us.
Older and younger generations used to talk about beauty and try to make beauty themselves.
Members of our community made postcards, souvenirs in felt, decorated candles by their own hands.
The day ended with sweets and tea party.
