The New Year of trees!

It is interesting, intense, gay, informative, cheerfull !!!!! That such words can be told about the holiday of Tu Bishvat, which took place in our community center. The celebration began with a mono-performance "Hanukkah" on the story Shargorodskiy brothers, played by Boris Natanovich Carp.

We are very grateful to him for fact that he gives us the opportunity to touch the good literature, to feel the emotions of heroes, heartily empathize, rejoice and grieve with them. Excellent performance of the magnificent story! Bravo!!!

After that, the guys from youth club “Kitah Bahir” told about the traditions and the meaning of the holiday of Tu Bishvat. And then everyone who came was offered a quest that was prepared and carried out the guys from the club. Three teams were offered contests, games, quizzes. So, at the station "Forest Fairy Tale" practiced memorizing words (names of plants) in Hebrew, and then enter them in the text of a fairy tale, the station "Show song" guessed a song, featuring pantomime. At the station "Riddle-coloring" solved riddles about the trees and the fruits and painted poster. On "Find a way" station practiced agility and attention. On the station "Give Joy" all the participants made greeting envelopes - hearts and wrote their wishes for children - pupils of the reception center in Rozhyshche where our volunteers on February 14 will carry gifts and support. Quest was emotional, gaily, hazardous !!! There were, of course, the winners, but the pleasure and delight got all !!!Then the youngest participants - the children from the children's club "Haverim" congratulated us on the holiday. All participants and guests were treated to traditional holiday table for holiday treats. This was followed by Havdalah, which was held in a very warm and sincere atmosphere.

For many years, we collect financial donations for planting of trees in Israel, and before the holiday certificate was sent to us that in the forest Ruhama tree planted in honor of our community.
