Musical journey!
Musical journey!
Yesterday (02.12.2015) held in our house is not just a concert, but a lecture-concert - we had a musical journey in which we took a cantor PGI "Le Dor Va Dor" (Moscow), Dmitry Karpenko.
Together with the Jewish people, we travel back in time - from the first expulsion of Jews from Eretz - Israel to the present day, have visited almost every corner of the globe, where they lived and live Jews - from Africa and the Americas to Europe, soaking up the music and the songs sung Jews over the years. The journey turned out, light, ironic, informative. However, we cantor sang songs in Yiddish, Hebrew, English and even Spanish, and the atmosphere in the hall was not only friendly, but some upbeat and joyous.
Thanks to Dmitry for the pleasure! It is waiting for a visit! And more than once!
