The conference "My land - land of my parents" took place in Volhynia dedicated to the fiftieth anniversary Manevychi Regional Museum from 2 to 5 November 2017.
The conference started in Volhynia Regional Museum, then it continued in Manevychi Regional Museum.
In conference took part representatives of international projects from USA, Canada and Israel.

On Sunday at the community centre was the meeting “Jews as a part of the historical and cultural heritage in Ukraine” within the Conference introducing project of the International Organization “Ukrainian-Jewish meeting”.

The representative of Jewish Art Center of israeli university in Jerusalem presented two-volume book “Sinagogues of Ukraine. Volhynia”. And the US delegation presented boards with pictures and data about life of jewish communities in Volhynia before the Second World War - in Liuboml, Volodymyr-Volynskyi, Manevychi, Rozhyshche, and also in place Trochenbrod (Sofievka). Joel Sewell whose father come from Manevychi presented this gallery and answer the questions honestly.
So, the meeting was very warm and at ease.

Later our guests visited Grand Choral Synagogue and the Holocaust memorial in Prichischizna, place where the jewish community of Lutsk was executed in 1942.
